2025 Pipe Rehabilitation :- The project generally includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment for construction and related improvements for subject project. Work includes the rehabilitation of the pipe segments as shown on the attached exhibits. The repair method for this project can be a cured in place pipe lining or a spray in lining system. All major utilities: electric, water, communications, gas and sewer are present within the project corridor. Project improvements will require coordination with utilities for locations and any adjustments. b. NPDES monitoring and compliance may be required depending on individual project. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a contract performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a payment bond equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the contract price, with the terms and surety to be approved by the City of Kennesaw; and furnish satisfactory proof of carriage of the insurance required. The City of Kennesaw reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. The City of Kennesaw also reserves the right to reject bids which are non-confirming or to reopen the bidding if all bids are in excess of funds available for the Project.
