This Request for Qualification ("RFQu") is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Materials Testing, Inspection Services, and Building Inspections for Clayton County Public Schools ("CCPS"). INTRODUCTION Clayton County Public Schools ("CCPS" or "District") is inviting qualified individuals or firms ("Respondents") with knowledge and expertise in providing Construction Materials Testing, Inspection Services, and Building Inspections for small to large scale new construction and renovation projects to submit a response to RFQu #25- 01 Request for Qualifications for Construction Materials Testing, Inspection Services, and Building Inspections for Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS). BACKGROUND Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is fully accredited through Cognia. The District offers a focused world-class program based on a challenging curriculum which is taught from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. TERM OF AGREEMENT The Contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The initial term of the Agreement and any renewal terms are collectively referred to as the "Term". The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, and may be automatically renewed for four (4) successive one (1) year terms upon the same terms and conditions. SCOPE OF SERVICES Respondents must comply with all Federal, State of Georgia and local regulations and laws applicable to Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services. Respondents must provide all services as requested in this RFQu in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto as Attachment A, and incorporated herein by reference.
