Site work for a civil project in East Bethany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 9th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Contract 2: Marsh Road Water Storage Tank consists of the construction of one (1) 235,000 gallon waterstorage tank including water main, electrical improvements, SCADA improvements and related work in the Town of Bethany. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFIs will be accepted until 5:00 pm (Local Time) on August 25, 2025, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of the Project Engineer Dan Hards via email: DHards@CPLteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 pm (Local Time) on August 26, 2025, from the office of the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Bethany reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
