Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crowley Lake, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Mono County Department of Public Works ("County") calls for bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the installation of a new Tennis Court in Crowley Lake, California. ("Project"). The Project will consist of demolition of existing tennis court, fencing, grinding of asphalt, level and compact grinding, concrete slab, ADA pathway, sports court surface done with Plexipave, new basketball hoops, and a concrete drainage system. Contractor shall begin work as soon as materials are procured and seasonal weather conditions permit. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid proposal or awarded a contract for this project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 (unless one of the limited time extensions set forth in Labor Code section 1771.1 applies, in which case registration must be completed by the time of contract award). This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a labor and materials bond (also known as a "payment bond") in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the contract price. In addition, the successful bidder, as the Contractor, will be required to furnish a oneyear warranty bond in an amount equal to 10 percent of contract cost (10%) upon project completion, pursuant to the requirements in the Sample Standard Agreement. Only surety bonds issued by an admitted surety insurer, as defined in the Sample Standard Agreement, will be accepted. Bonds shall be in a form acceptable to the Mono County Counsel; a sample of an acceptable form of each type of bond required is included in this Project Manual. C. The Contract Documents include a Sample Standard Agreement, which the successful bidder, as the Contractor, will be required to execute, and the insurance and bonds, which the Contractor will be required to furnish. D. All alterations, extensions of time, extra and additional work, and other changes authorized by the County consistent with applicable provisions of the Contract Documents, may be made without securing the consent of the surety or sureties on the contract bonds. Contractorshall furnish to County, upon itsrequest, those services and work set forth in Attachment A, attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. Requests by County to Contractor to perform under this Agreement will be made by the Director of Public Works Director, or an authorized representative thereof. Requeststo Contractor for work orservicesto be performed under this Agreement will be based upon County's need for such services. County makes no guarantee or warranty, of any nature, that any minimum level or amount of services or work will be requested of Contractor by County under this Agreement. By this Agreement, County incurs no obligation or requirement to request from Contractor the performance of any services or work at all, even if County should have some need for such services or work during the term of this Agreement. Services and work provided by Contractor at County's request under this Agreement will be performed in a manner consistent with the requirements and standards established by applicable federal,state, and county laws, ordinances, and resolutions. Such laws, ordinances, regulations, and resolutions include, but are not limited to, those that are referred to in this Agreement. All work performed in connection with SCOPE OF WORK shall conform to the provisionsin Section 4, "Scope of Work," of the 2024 Caltrans Standard Specifications and these Technical Specifications. The CROWLEY LAKE TENNIS COURT Project (hereinafter referred to as the project) is for the purpose of rehabilitating the tennis court behind the library on Crowley Lake Road in Crowley Lake, California. The work shall consist of demolition of current tiles, grinding current surface, reuse grindings for subgrade, form and pour sixty feet by one hundred- & twenty-feet concrete slab with reinforcing bar and resurface tennis court. Work that is also included are construct disabled access to the tennis court, place Goalrilla basketball hoops, place tennis/volleyball poles, solar lighting, repair fence, install volleyball/tennis court nets, and to paint any disabled access points. The contract intent is to provide for work completion using the best general practices. Nothing in the specifications voids the Contractor's public safety responsibilities.
