Stanislaus County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide on-call environmental services for various federally and non-federal funded projects. The first step RFQ will be to establish from this solicitation an approved on-call list of at least three consultants. The successful consultants will be awarded projects based on the second RFP process. Selected consultants will be sent a project-specific RFP solicitation. Project-specific proposals submitted by the consultants shall be evaluated and selected per the requirements provided within the RFP. Through the first step solicitation, the three most qualified firms will enter into an on-call master agreement for a not-to-exceed sum of $500,000.00, and the agreement will terminate when the "not-to-exceed" is expended. The initial contract amount with each selected consultant shall be limited to $199,000.00. The term of agreement will be for three years with two possible one-year extensions at the discretion of the County, not to exceed a total of five years. Question Deadline: 09/19/2025
