Estimated Construction cost for this project is less than $18,205,590. The work to be accomplished includes constructing curb, gutter, ADA curb ramps, drainage inlets, storm drainage and manholes, water services, fire hydrants, new pavement, sidewalks, pavement replacement and widening, and replacing pavement delineations and markings. Bonds and Insurance will be due PRIOR to Award - see Part II Contractors are invited to submit electronic, formal bids for the Urban Pocket Area 10 – Bret Harte Project. Estimated construction cost for this project is less than $18,205,590. The work to be accomplished includes: 1. The work to be accomplished includes constructing new curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, drainage inlets, storm drain systems, water services, fire hydrants, new pavement, and partial depth existing pavement replacement. The work also includes replacing pavement delineation and markings. 2. Other such items and details not mentioned herein that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications or Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed.
