The project is located in Charlottetown, PEI. The work generally includes the removal of existing topsoil, sod, curbs, asphalt and sidewalks. The work includes construction of new sidewalks, boulevards, curbs, reinstatement of asphalt, grass, and other disturbed areas throughout various sites within the City of Charlottetown. Sidewalk and asphalt trail upgrades will take place along Elizabeth Drive, Parkview Drive, Elena Court and Parkside Drive.
