Description

Demolition and site work for a swimming pool in Village of Wellington, Florida. Working plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for approved prequalified subcontractors in early August 2025 for submitting sub-bids and participating in Village of Wellington's Aquatic Center Swimming Pool Demolition Project. The project includes but is not limited to MOT Devices, NPDES, Site Security Fencing, Demolition and Removal of The Existing Pool, Pool Pumps & Piping, Filtration System Removal, Removal of Foundations and Concrete, Removal of Electrical Conduits and Wiring, Backfilling and Compacting with Clean Stabilized Subgrade Material, Sodding, and Irrigation. The following subcontractor/vendor trades are being solicited by Burkhardt Construction Inc., Demolition, Grading, Landscaping and Irrigation. It is anticipated that the project will begin sometime in January 2026. Prequalification questionnaires may be filled out online
