PROJECT NAME: WELLINGTON COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL - STOREFRONT DOORS AND WINDOWS REPLACEMENT LOCATION: 2101 GREENVIEW SHORES BLVD., WELLINGTON, FL 33414 1. The project scope includes but is not limited to: a. Removal of existing windows, hollow metal and storefront doors, overhead rolling doors, storefront systems, transoms, hardware, louvers, window treatment and all other components related to complete the work shown on the permitted plans. b. Installation of new windows, hollow metal and storefront doors, overhead rolling doors, storefront systems, transoms, hardware, louver, window treatment and all other components related to the replacement of the components shown on the permitted plans. c. Provide door rain guards as shown on the permitted plans. Relocated fire alarm pull stations as shown on the permitted plans in buildings 3 & 6. d. Repair existing stucco and drywall including framing. Provide the necessary finishes such as painting, flooring and ceilings disturbed by this work. e. Provide the required protection to existing building s structure, partitions, components, devices, finishes, furniture and equipment scheduled to remain and out of this scope. Broken and/or damaged components resulting from this work shall be replaced at no extra cost. f. Maintain the required life safety and egress paths at all times. g. The Contractor shall secure building s entrances and exterior openings at all times. The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites Certified General Contractors, or Certified Building Contractors, licensed by the State of Florida and prequalified by the School Board to submit Bids for ITB .
