The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 120 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Remove and replace exhaust vent covers as per existing, typical. Exhaust vents must be installed to go above the roof line per code requirements 4. Remove and replace drip edge at all eaves and gables, typical. 5. Flash all penetrations, typical. 6. Remove and replace ridge vents on all ridges, typical. Verify soffits are continuous vented along eave line everywhere. Venting is required for roof systems over conditioned spaces. 7. No asbestos-containing materials may be used.
