Tactical Unit New Storage Building The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services Division, is soliciting proposals for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and civil engineering services for the design and construction of a new storage building for the Rochester Police Department at 293 Child Street. A previous consultant completed Programming and Schematic Design phases of this project. This RFP is to procure a design consultant to complete the design and construction of the new storage building. Construction Nov. 2026 - Sept. 2027 Question Deadline 08/11/2025 Response to Questions Submitted August 15, 2025 The RFP includes a draft scope of services, proposal requirements, M/WBE participation, and City provisions.
