The Rochester Housing Authority, Rochester, New York, will receive sealed bids for Elevator Modernization at Three Locations. in connection with the Above Project, NY-41-22, 14, 02B at Lake Tower (321 Lake Ave), University Tower (625 University Ave), Danforth Tower East (140 West Ave), Rochester NY 14606 until: All questions for this solicitation must be received in writing before 3 PM August 19, 2025. All questions will be answered in a written summary or addendum. If you have any questions on the above paperwork or require any clarification, please contact dstier@rochesterhousing.org The contact person (s) is/are David Stier. dstier@rochesterhousing.org A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Rochester Housing Authority or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company listed on US Treasury Circular 570, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid more than One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($100,000). For all construction contracts exceeding $100,000, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond & a Payment Bond each for 100% of the contract price (Surety company must be listed on the US Treasury Circular 570 as a certified company), or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit covering 25% of the work, or a 20% cash escrow of the contract price
