Reference Number 0000394605 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for lawn mowing and one spring clean-up at the Rochester Science Park. All work will be on City owned vacant parcels and open space (attached map as indicated by A-F, which is approximately 10.75 acres, includes mowing of the grass found within the park's two cul de sac circles). The City may or more not ask for mulch on the open space located at the entrance of the Science Park ("A" on the attached map, located between 55 Science Parkway and South Avenue). The section listed as "B" on the attached map, consists of only the front portion of the parcel that is the mowable area, and not the un-mowable area which is un-kept, damp and often rocky. Please do not mow beyond the mowable area. Bidder shall clean-up the front portion of the park identified in "A" on the map (Appendix A). Remove and dispose from the site of all saplings, branches and weeds from the area that may conceal the sign(s) or front entrance. Ensure the signage and area identified in "A" on the map are highly visible and all vegetation is cut back sufficiently for the area identified as "A" to appear neat and professional.
