For the Henrietta Dog Shelter Project Contract B - Mechanical and Plumbing Package The Town of Henrietta reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contract B - Mechanical and Plumbing The mechanical and plumbing work for a new 42'-0" by 52'-0" one story masonry building for a municipal dog shelter located within the Department of Public Works facility. The project involves the furnishing and installation of all the mechanical and plumbing items, the heating and cooling systems, the backflow prevention devices, the sprinkler system, fixtures, equipment, the gas fired generator and the generator concrete pad, furnishing and installing the 4" diameter water service (the Town will excavate the trench for the water service and pay for all connection fees from the Monroe County Water Authority), and all other work necessary to complete the mechanical and plumbing portion for the building construction. No architectural, structural or electrical work is included in this contract and the site work will be performed by the Town. All the Mechanical and Plumbing work will be bid as one combined Base Bid. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineering Department. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
