Reference Number 0000397776 CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract, and includes Bid Alternate 1. This Project will proceed under (1) LUMP SUM Contract as follows: Mechanical Construction PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists, including but not limited to removing 5 RTUs, providing 2 new RTUs and a new 'split system', with their new associated ducts, modifying the roof deck and incidental electric as specified. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
