Renovation of a road / highway in North Wales, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
Questions Due Date: Aug 4th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing via Online. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project consists of replacing the roof at the Authority warehouse on Montgomery Avenue in North Wales, Montgomery County, PA. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
