This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Solar Array Maintenance for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, MD. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70LCHE25QPFB00001. Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Soliciation. The period of performance is expected to begin no later than October 1, 2026, and is dependent on security credentialing. The principal period of service shall be Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 5 PM eastern time, except for federal holidays Option Period 1: October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026. Questions are to be submitted NLT 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (ED) on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. All questions must be submitted in writing.
