The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Generator Services for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance. Project work includes the Contractor providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform annual inspections and maintenance of standby diesel, gas, and LP generators as described herein. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to conduct annual maintenance inspections of emergency standby diesel/gas/LP generators located at various WSSC facilities in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The Contractor shall perform annual inspection and maintenance on all approved generators. The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is a bi-county agency and public corporation of the State of Maryland, established in 1918 to provide water supply and wastewater services to residents and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. WSSC is among the largest water and wastewater utilities in the nation, with a network of nearly 5,600 miles of freshwater pipeline and more than 5,400 miles of sewer pipeline, serving 1.8 million residents. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform annual inspections and maintenance of standby diesel, gas, and Liquid Propane (LP) generators as described herein. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to conduct annual maintenance inspections of emergency standby diesel/gas/LP generators located at various WSSC facilities in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The Contractor shall perform annual inspection and maintenance on all approved generators.
