This project will correct pavement deficiencies on Route 304 from West Nyack Road to Route 9W inthe Town of Clarkstown in Rockland County. This work will primarily consist of milling the existing asphalt pavement and replacing it with an asphalt fiber blend to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. Joint repair will be needed in some sections. The existing/exposed concrete surfaces can be repaired and preserved with diamond grinding. Additional work may include minor drainage repair.
