This project will resurface Route 304 from West Nyack Road to Route 9W in the Town of Clarkstown in Rockland county. The work may include additional drainage where feasible. NYSDOT Region: 08 Hudson Valley The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Winter 2025/2026. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2026. Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2027. As of October 14, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2025. NYDOT : PMI Corridor Paving: Route 304: West Nyack Road to Route 9W: T/O Clarkstown *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
