Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed Work includes the removal and replacement of the existing pavement and subbase within the limits shown on the plans for St Louis Air Cargo Pavement Reconstruction, resurfacing three existing asphalt parking lots, installation of perimeter fencing and security gates. The new concrete pavement shall be constructed with the same width and profile grade as the existing roadway pavement. The existing storm sewer inlet grates within the pavement replacement section shall be replaced. Electrical work will consist of replacing two lights and providing power and access control to the security gates. Schedule Related Liquidated Damages: $500.00 per day Period of Performance : 115 working days after Notice to Proceed Each bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's or Treasurer's Check of a Bank or Trust Company in the City of Saint Louis, payable to the Order of the City Treasurer, or a Surety Bond approved by the Comptroller, for the amount of Deposit required, as heretofore stated The right of the Board of Public Service to reject any or all bids is expressly reserved.
