The City of Lufkin will receive sealed BID PROPOSALS for the Demolition of Former County Jail Facility project This bid is for the demolition and disposal of all structures and components associated with the Jail Facility formerly owned by Angelina County. The Jail Facility is located at113 North Second St., Lufkin, Texas 75901. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60)days after the actual date of the bid opening. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS consist of the Bid Proposal Package and any Addenda issued during the Bid Process. Prospective Bidders may examine the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS at Lufkin City Hall, Room 250, 300 E.
