**As of September 9, 2025, the project was awarded toHeavy Metal Site Development, LLC., with an awarded amount of $237,527.54** The project involves two stormwater improvements within the Twin Rivers Subdivision in Oviedo. The first is a replacement of three existing 24" reinforced concrete pipes (RCPs) along Town and Country Road with two 29" by 45" Elliptical RCPs. The second is the replacement of the outfall structure for an existing stormwater pond adjacent to Town and Country Road. The proposed improvements include the following: Culvert Replacement Construction of approximately 58 feet of a double 29" by 45" Elliptical RCP along Town and Country Road Installation of concrete headwalls with Riprap Revetment at each end of the Elliptical RCP Restoration of Town and Country Road Pond Outfall Replacement Removal of the existing vertical weir and bleeder structure Construction of a new outfall structure consisting of a ditch bottom inlet, 34 feet of 19" x 30" Elliptical RCP, and a mitered end section Restoration of the pond bank Bid Bond Amount 5% of Total Bid Amount Performance Bond Amount 100% of Total Bid Amount Question End Date 8/15/2025 5:00 PM EST Submit to the PROCUREMENT MANAGER a written request for an interpretation or correction at jscott@cityofoviedo.net.
