BCCC solicits bids from four (4) Prime Contractors (General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, & Plumbing Contractor) for this new project located at our Lower Bucks Campus in Bristol, PA Question Deadline 08/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. All contractors must thoroughly read and be familiar with all posted documents. Before submitting a bid, approved contractors shall be cognizant of all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, prevailing wage rates, and underwriter approval. Each bidder must deposit with their bid 10% Surety, in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations.
