The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from qualified engineering consultants for Indian Trail (Ohio to Pennsbury) Signal Modernization - Phase III Construction Engineering Services. As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Question Response Deadline: August 13, 2025, 11:00am This project is located on Indian Trail Rd (FAU 1503/MUN 1157/FAU1509) in the City of Aurora. The project is located in Kane and DuPage Counties. The gross project length is 2.92 miles and the net project length is 0.81 miles. anticipated length is 115 working days. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof and to waive any technicalities and irregularities in the proposals and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional proposals or counter-proposals and to hold the proposals for ninety (90) days from the opening date set forth above. Proposer agrees to accept a notice of award, if selected, based on the terms of this Proposal in the event that a notification of award is received on or before expiration of the 90-day time period. The City reserves the right to cancel the Proposal at any time, without liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or suffered by any Proposer as a result of that cancellation. Each Proposer is solely responsible for the risk and cost of preparing and submitting a Proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
