Do not include tax in bid. Excise Tax Exemption Certificates are available upon request. 1.4 Payment for work performed will be in accordance with the SSC Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions ("UGSC"). The UGSC will not be changed. 1.5 Proposal documents will be available via a Web Based file sharing program in a PDF format. All printing is the responsibility of the bidder. Project Location: Prairie View A&M University, Lot 1 is off of T.R. Solomon =-700 LF west from the intersection of T.R. Solomon and University Drive & Lot 2 is south of intersection of E.E. O'Bannion and Anne Preston Street. The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of two parking lots to include asphalt and concrete paving, concrete curbs and gutters, and general infrastructure improvements such as grading, drainage improvements, sidewalks, irrigation, roadway signage, pavement marking, water, electrical, and utility infrastructure improvements. B. The Drawings and Specifications do not necessarily indicate or describe all Work required for the completion of the Project. C. The Contract Documents describe the essential elements sufficiently to determine the scope of the Project. D. Provide all items required for complete operating for complete operating system include items not necessarily shown in these Contract Documents, but that can be reasonably inferred as being required for a complete operating system. E. The Drawings and Specifications indicate the basic quality of material and quality of construction required for the entire Project.
