Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The renovation of Coleman Field at USA Baseball National Training Complex. This project is to renovate the stadium field at USA Baseball to include new field drainage, new irrigation system, new rootzone mix, Owner Provided Contractor Installed turfgrass sod and all associated field systems. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract documents shall be submitted in writing to Jeff Ries, Town of Cary Project Manager, jeff.ries@carync.gov . The Contractor shall commence the Work on the commencement date specified in a written order of the Owner (the "Notice to Proceed"). The Work shall be finally and fully completed, so that it is ready for final payment, as evidenced by the Engineer's or the Architect's written recommendation, within 120__ CONSECUTIVE CALENDAR DAYS of the commencement date specified in the Notice to Proceed
