The project consists of several projects throughout the City. 1. Rotary Park on West Main Street. 2. Community and Senior Center Parking Lot on Park Street. 3. Streetscape on the east side of South Broadway Avenue (SR 534) from Eastwood Street to Erie Street. 4. Pocket Park at the corner of East Main Street and South Forest Street. 5. Tree installation on Park Street, North and South Forest Street. 1.2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of various work at the different sites throughout the City. 1. Rotary Park, Community and Senior Center Parking Lot: a. Mill and fill the existing parking lot. b. Remove the section of pavement to install landscape islands. c. Restriping of parking lot. d. Install walks, trees and furnishings in the park, parking lot and along Park Street. 2. Streetscape on South Broadway: a. Install new sidewalk with decorative stamped concrete and pavers along the east side of South Broadway Avenue. 3. South and North Forest Street: a. Install pocket park with pavers, landscaping and furnishings at the corner of East Main Street and South Forest Street. b. Install street trees along North and South Forest Street. Engineer will be Owner's representative during the construction period.
