Pursuant to the policies and procedures of the village of chateaugay ("village"), and with assistance from the development authority of the north country ("Authority"), the village is seeking proposals for: engineering services to complete the preliminary engineering design and final design of the wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) upgrades and sewer system improvement project. The village's wwtp has reached the end of its useful life and a previously completed per dated september, 2022 indicated the wwtp is in need of a complete replacement. Due to financial constraints, the village board elected to proceed with a smaller $14.1m upgrade to address critical items of concern. August 8th, 2025 by 4:00pm: question period closes No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the proposal due date. Answers will be provided to all prospective proposers who have downloaded the proposal package for this project from the authority's website. An email notification will be sent that informs proposers that new information has been posted to the authority's website and is available for review and download.
