The project is defined and outlined as follows: Project A: Madison Street Widening o Roadway widening to add parking lanes including curb and gutter construction o New sidewalk and curb ramps o Storm sewer structures and pipe construction o Driveway reconstruction Project B: Green Alley Mill & Overlay o New curb and gutter construction o Driveway reconstruction o Storm sewer structure and pipe construction o Mill & overlay existing pavement Contractor contemplating the submission of a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt asto the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other proposed Contract Documents, he should submit written request for an interpretation thereof to HMB Professional Engineers Inc., by email rhenry@hmbpe.com. The person making the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. All questions must be received by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 12, 2025
