WESC is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive construction services for potential projects for schools, government entities, or non-profits. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering services and project completion in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards. All proposals should include types of services being offered through the contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and services necessary for the completion of the project. The scope may include, but is not limited to: Site preparation and mobilization Demolition Construction, renovation, or improvement activities as specified in project documents Compliance with architectural and engineering plans Project management and scheduling Quality assurance and safety compliance Coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and Owner representatives Final inspection, testing, and commissioning Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services for Solar PV Systems, Energy Storage Systems, EV Chargers, Solar Thermal Systems, LED Lighting Professional Services: Master Planning, Owners Technical Representative, Program Management Construction Services: Technology Construction Manager as a Constructor, Technology Design-Assist, Technology Design-Build Construction Services Systems Integrator: Audio-Video, Digital Locking & Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom & Mass Notification, Lighting Controls Security Service and Support: Life Safety Testing and Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, Technology Manager Services Any projects that are utilizing federal monies would be subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Please register as a vendor at Bids and Tenders - WESC to receive a copy of this bid. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed as indicated in the instructions to bidder. All offers must comply with applicable laws and requirements outlined in the RFP. Offerors must also be able to meet all requirements found in applicable public purchasing (e. g. Ind. Code 5-22) and public contract statutes. The Governing Board reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to waive any informality therein. The Governing Board reserves the right to hold proposals, including any alternates, for up to 60 days from the date of the opening. The Governing Board reserves in its sole discretion the right to cancel the solicitation, reject any, and all proposals in whole or part, delay the opening, ask for new proposals, is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other proposal, and may waive any irregularities, discrepancies, omissions, variances, or informalities in the request for proposal procedure.
