General, Process, or Technical Questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted through the City's e-Procurement Portal Question Submission Deadline: August 18, 2025, 10:00am Scope of Work Requirements The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following: Removal and Disposal: o At time of bid, Contractor shall provide a disposal plan for the existing tank and any associated materials. The plan must include confirmation of proper handling, transportation, and disposal methods in accordance with all applicable environmental regulations and compliance standards. o Remove and properly dispose of one (1) existing sodium hypochlorite tank measuring approximately 201 inches in height and 109 inches in diameter. o Remove all associated piping and appurtenances within the containment area. Supply and Installation: o Provide one (1) new minimum 8,700-gallon double-wall tank suitable for storing 15% sodium hypochlorite (specific gravity between 1.190 - 1.215).
