Pinellas County is dedicated to promoting traffic safety and efficiency throughout its roadway network. As such, the County has a robust milling and resurfacing program. Pinellas County has developed the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Pavement Preservation Package 4 consisting of four (4) paving locations within the County. This package contains two (2) arterial roads and two (2) local groups (neighborhood) project stotaling approximately 34.98 lane miles of roadway. QUESTION SUBMISSION DEADLINE: July 11, 2025 PID 25-0669-006775A, 004192A, 25-0669-006777A, 25-0669-006194A Quotes from approved Pinellas County Small Business Enterprise (SBEs) as well as State Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) or other subcontractors for Maintenance of Traffic, Milling, Milling Cleanup, Pavement Markings/Striping, QC/Testing, Signalization/Loops, and Trucking/Hauling Pavement Preservation Package 4 Pinellas County. Efforts to assist interested SBEs & DBEs in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, or insurance will be provided if needed.
