Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ucluelet, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The District of Ucluelet invites tenders from qualified General Contractors to complete the remaining scope of work for the Water Treatment Plant. The District has already retained a pre-engineered building supplier/installer and a pressure filter supplier. The selected General Contractor (GC) will be responsible for completing the remaining works and will be required to coordinate with the pre-selected suppliers through novation agreements. The scope generally includes earthworks & concrete works, building mechanical & plumbing systems, process piping & equipment, additional equipment supply & installation, interior building finishes, site grading & civil works, and coordination of commissioning activities with the selected suppliers and other project stakeholders. Electronic (PDF) copies of the tender documents are available at no charge. The documents are expected to be distributed starting July 31, 2025.
