Demolition, site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in East Donegal Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of August 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 4, 2025.** The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, demolition of the existing bridge, related amenities. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids received by Bidders who were not documented to have attended the pre-bid conference may be rejected. Only those questions submitted online. Questions received after 1:00 PM on August 12, 2025 This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; requirement of non-collusion affidavit; and the nondiscrimination in Employment/Contract Regulations Conditions, and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Rapho Township and West Hempfield Township reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
