Location of Work Donegal Springs Road from Donegal Presbyterian Church to Colebrook Road, total length of the project is 1,062 linear feet, in East Donegal Township, Lancaster County. Question Deadline 05/22/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location online portal. Estimated Contract Value: $225,000 - $300,000 Bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total base bid payable to "East Donegal Township" shall accompany each bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages should the bidder default in execution of the contract within 10 days after notice of award of same. The non-collusion affidavit must be executed and submitted with the bid. The project cost is greater than $25,000 and shall be bid utilizing PA Prevailing Wage Rates. A completed Public Works Employment Verification Form shall be submitted with the bid package. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in, or reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
