"Materials" (Please Bid Materials (1) FOB Plant, (2) delivered at job site, and/or (3) delivered as directed) 1) 300 ton 2RC 2) 50 ton State approved Bituminous Patching Material 3) 250 ton #8 1B Wash 4) 100 ton #57 5) 150 ton R-4 6) 100 ton R-5 7) 300 ton Superpave 9.5mm 8) 300 ton Superpave 19mm 9) 300 ton Superpave 25mm 10) 300 ton AS2 or AS3 11) 3500 Gal CRS2P Oil Interested bidders must register with the Township at the time of receiving bid information, and provide the bidder's contact information. The Township reserves the right to issue one or more addenda to the bid specifications,prior to the bid deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Eldred Township. A successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the contract price, and such other bonds and documents as may be required by the bid specifications The Eldred Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete bid items and/or portions of the bid items depending on budgetary constraints and other factors, and also to waive any informal, irregular, or technical errors or defects in the bids, as the Board deems to be in the best interested of the Township.
