The Pleasant Valley School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Intermediate School Chiller Replacement Project as a single prime lump sum contract. Prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA, following payment of a non-refundable fee. Bidders are required to provide their company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address when requesting documents. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required, and non-attendees will not be permitted to bid. Replacement of two rooftop chillers in existing locations, includes steel associated to accommodate new chillers at the Intermediate School and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
