Road Materials 2,500 Tons (more or less) Superpave WMA, 9.5mm, PG 64S-22, Wearing Course, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's, SRL-L - FOB Plant and FOB Delivered to Township Paver 100 Tons (more of less) Superpave WMA, 9.5mm, PG64S-22, Wearing Course ANY ESAL, SRLANY - FOB Plant and FOB Delivered to the Township Paver 200 Tons (more or less) Superpave WMA, 19.0mm, PG 64S-22, Binder Course, <30 million ESAL's, SRL-L, - FOB Plant and FOB Delivered to Township Paver 300 Tons (more or less) AASHTO #1 Stone, FOB Plant and FOB Delivered as Directed to Twp Garage or Alternate Site 1,600 Tons (more or less) PennDot Anti Skid AS2, AS3, or AS4, FOB Plant and FOB Delivered to Township Garage 100 Tons (more or less) AASHTO #57 with 1% Wash, FOB Plant and FOB Delivered as Directed to Twp Garage or Alternate Site 1,500 Tons (more or less) PennDOT 2A Aggregate, FOB Plant and FOB Delivered as Directed to the Twp. Garage or Alternate Site 250 Tons (more or less) AASHTO #8 with 2% Wash, FOB Plant and FOB Delivered as Directed to the Twp. Garage or Alternate Site All materials must meet PennDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification Bids must be clearly marked "2025 Bituminous Seal Coat Bid Proposal" or "2025 Road Materials Bid Proposal". All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Franklin Township. The successful bidder for the "2025 Bituminous Seal Coat Bid Proposal" will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The successful bidders for the "2025 Road Materials Bid Proposal" will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Franklin Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township
