Site work for a water / sewer project in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The intent of this Solicitation is to award one (1) service contract for the Beltzille Dam Facility Electrical Upgrades in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials required to remove specified electrical panels and transformers located at the Beltzville Lake Administration Office and Intake Tower. Due to the age and obsolescence of the existing electrical equipment, replacement is necessary to ensure continued functionality and compliance with safety standards. The contractor will be responsible for replacing nine electrical distribution panels ranging from Three Phase, 480v to Single Phase 120/208v, and one 75KVA 480v Delta 208/120v Wye transformer. All electrical equipment provided must meet ANSI, NEMA, and UL standards, and all work must comply with NEC rules and regulations. The contractor must also ensure that the new equipment is readily available and compatible with current operational needs.
