Renovation of a municipal facility in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are for the following contracts for work at The ARC of Mercer County. Interior Renovation Project consists of interior renovations of including but not limited to: demolition, wall framing, gwb, insulation, ACT, doors, windows, casework, flooring, painting, fire alarm, electrical and HVAC. Question Deadline 08/07/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Projects will be bid as a single prime. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, Security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bid.
