Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,140-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a new concession building with a roof covered picnic area. The Project has an expected duration of 165 days. Each bid shall include a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond is required for this work. The City reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to reject any or all proposals. The City of Hermitage Advertisement and Procurement efforts provide for open and free competition among available bidders, and welcomes and encourages bids from disadvantaged, minority and women business enterprises. Prevailing wages established under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will apply to this contract- Contractors must follow applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and program guidelines specified in the Contract Documents and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through the Commonwealth Financing Authority, Grant Contract C000091466 entered into by the City of Hermitage, which is incorporated into the Contract Documents.
