Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law, R. S. 37:2151 et seq. Iberville Parish Library reserves the right to award the project on whatever basis is in the interest of the Owner and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
