Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Oakdale, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: Demolition and reconstruction of an existing commercial swimming pool, plumbing and electrical work, pool equipment, fencing, drainage, pool deck, and pool equipment room. A Certified Check or Cashiers Check, payable to the Oakdale Recreation District or a satisfactory Bid Bond, in compliance with LSA-R.S. 38:2218.A&C, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each paper bid. Oakdale Recreation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause as allowed by LSA-R.S. 38:2214. Project Description: Project consists of the demolition of an existing concrete swimming pool, deck, pool equipment room, and piping and the reconstruction of a new swimming pool, deck, pool equipment room, fencing, and equipment to include water features and a slide.
