RFP Construction Manager - Staten Island Family Courthouse Consolidation Dasny seeks proposals from construction managers to provide professional construction management services (rfp#7619) for the pre-construction phase, construction phase, and the administration of general conditions of a consolidate the staten island family court program and create a "family court campus" by constructing an 8-story new addition, a full renovation of the existing historic court building and a full renovation of an adjacent unoccupied former department of health building. The construction manager will serve as an owner's representative on behalf of dasny as well as a technical advisor providing support to dasny and mocj. Dasny anticipates initially contracting with the construction manager to provide pre-construction phase services, and in coordination with mocj, will provide authorization to proceed into the construction phase at the appropriate later date.
