All work on this Contract is to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. This renovation project is converting two (2) existing rooms (Room 818 and Room 819) into a new lens lab and a small office space. Current room is approximately 150 square feet each. The College needs to combine these two rooms together and become a new lens lab (approximately 300 square feet in total). Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
