This project replaces the structure carrying Route 23 over Middle Brook in the Town of Davenport in Delaware County. NYSDOT Region: 09 Southern Tier Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2027. As of October 15, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2026. NYDOT : RT 23 Over Middle Brook *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
