Renovation of a mixed-use development in Davenport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the alteration and renovation of multiple spaces including kitchen, cafeteria, art room, library, band and chorus rooms, as well as gym floor replacement. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of an educational facility. As of December 30, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
