Site work for a water / sewer project in Liberty, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Liberty is seeking professional engineering services to provide new and upgraded water and sewer infrastructure for new commercial/industrial development at the Liberty Business Park along the Old Rt. 17 Corridor. Such services will include but not be limited to: project design and construction representation, including preparation of plans and specifications, bid documents, permitting assistance, and construction management and the inspection services. Services shall also include assistance with environmental compliance with the preparation of necessary for and applications for governmental funding assistance. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, require supplemental statements or information from any responsible party, have discussions with any respondent to this RFQ to correct and/or clarify responses, and negotiate potential contract terms with the most highly qualified firm
