The Town of Liberty is seeking professional engineering services to provide new and upgraded water and sewer infrastructure for new commercial/industrial development at the Liberty Business Park along the Old Rt. 17 Corridor. Such services will include but not be limited to: project design and construction representation, including preparation of plans and specifications, bid documents, permitting assistance, and construction management and the inspection services. Services shall also include assistance with environmental compliance with the preparation of necessary for and applications for governmental funding assistance.
