Site work for a water / sewer project in Liberty, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes but is not limited to procurement of parts for the existing Walker Clarifier, assembly and Walker factory technician assembly oversight, startup services, and other miscellaneous items to complete the work. Contractors must have visited the project site with the owner prior to bidding to review site conditions and project details. Bidders must provide security of not less than five percent of the bid amount. Labor and Material and Performance Bonds may be required, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, as well as a Certificate of Insurance. Successful bidders must also provide a one-year maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price at the completion of work. Bidders and/or significant subcontractors must have relevant experience and submit a list of a minimum of five similar projects completed or ongoing over the past ten years. All laborers, workers, and mechanics on site must be certified as having successfully completed the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course. Contractors must comply with NY State wage rates and OSHA confined space entry requirements. All payment requests shall be submitted on company standard invoice with certified payroll. Late bid proposals will be considered unresponsive and returned unopened. Question Deadline 01/27/2026
