Renovation of a mixed-use development in Liberty, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Middle School SED #59-09-01-06-0-013-012 High School SED #59-09-01-06-0-009-023 Contract #03-1c - Plumbing Construction Each bidder shall prepare their bid proposal, along with a bid security, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Bid Specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Liberty Central School District, or by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid as set forth in the Bid Specifications. Any questions regarding the bid should be directed to LAN to both Ms. Meghan Useo & Mr. Taylor Thomas in writing by email to meghan.useo@lanassociates.com & taylor.thomas@lanassociates.com. Bidders may not withdraw their respective bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date, unless otherwise authorized by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the District further reserves the right to reject bids that contain conditions, omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in its sole discretion to waive any irregularities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the District is in its best interest.
